As President of Mediserv, Stockton is responsible for leading the company in its relentless drive to optimize client financial performance through cutting-edge technology, compliance-focused processes and best-in-class client service. Bringing over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Stockton oversees all aspects of Mediserv’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Mediserv, Stockton practiced as a business law attorney where he represented a wide array of companies, executives and entrepreneurs in business, securities, M&A and healthcare law matters.
Mr. Clemons has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University.
Clark Kemble, CPA was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for nine years. His last position was as a manager in the audit department. He was responsible for managing the audit engagements for a variety of industries. He then served as an executive in the banking and advertising industries for the following nine years. He founded MediServ with John Ryan in 1995.
John Ryan, CPA was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years. His last position was as a manager in the audit department. He was responsible for managing the audit engagements for a variety of industries, including the healthcare industry. He was in charge of the field work for the Harris Methodist Hospital audit for several years. He held various financial positions within the real estate industry for the following ten years. He founded MediServ with Clark Kemble in 1995.
Thad Prugh joined Mediserv in 2012, and currently oversees Mediserv’s financial activities. Mr. Prugh also handles workflow and Human Resources activities for the company. Thad is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he majored in Economics. Prior to coming to Mediserv, he served as Chief Operations Officer for a small corporation.
Director of Information Technologies, joined MediServ in 2001. Prior to MediServ, she served four years as Senior Systems Administrator for Cooks Children’s Hospital responsible for technical support and training for physicians, nurses and other hospital professionals. Ms. Smith has an Associate of Science Degree in Information Technology.
Lisa McEnturff, RHIT, Director of Coding joined MediServ in 2001. Ms. McEnturff oversees all aspects of Mediserv’s coding operations, including coder training, implementation of new coding initiatives and management of the entire coding staff. Prior to joining Mediserv, Ms. McEnturff worked a nationally recognized children’s hospital. She holds as associate’s degree in Health information Technology.
Sandra Bolt, Director of Billing has been with MediServ since 2000. In her time with MediServ she has been involved in every aspect of the billing and customer service functions, manages the billing function and performs all training for new billing employees.
Celeste Ford, Director of Reimbursement, joined MediServ in 2002. Celeste has a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree. She has a thorough understanding of the insurance adjudication process, manages the payments department and performs all training of new reimbursement employees.
Leslie Longoria, Director of Accounts Receivable, oversees all accounts receivable functions. In this capacity, she is tasked with expediting the collection of outstanding charges and resolving any number of potential obstacles standing between our clients and their reimbursement. Leslie has been with been with Mediserv since 1999.
