Clark Kemble, CPA was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for nine years. His last position was as a manager in the audit department. He was responsible for managing the audit engagements for a variety of industries. He then served as an executive in the banking and advertising industries for the following nine years. He founded MediServ with John Ryan in 1995.

John Ryan, CPA was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years. His last position was as a manager in the audit department. He was responsible for managing the audit engagements for a variety of industries, including the healthcare industry. He was in charge of the field work for the Harris Methodist Hospital audit for several years. He held various financial positions within the real estate industry for the following ten years. He founded MediServ with Clark Kemble in 1995.

Director of Information Technologies, joined MediServ in 2001. Prior to MediServ, she served four years as Senior Systems Administrator for Cooks Children’s Hospital responsible for technical support and training for physicians, nurses and other hospital professionals.

Linda Pietrucha, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, Director of Coding joined MediServ in 1996. Prior to joining MediServ she served as national training director for a national coding company. She has served as an advisory trustee for coding quality and excellence for a local college.

Sandra Bolt, Director of Billing has been with MediServ for over eight years. In her time with MediServ she has been involved in every aspect of the billing and customer service functions, manages the billing function and performs all training for new billing employees.

Celeste Ford, Director of Reimbursement, joined MediServ in 2002. Celeste has a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree. She has a thorough understanding of the insurance adjudication process, manages the payments department and performs all training of new reimbursement employees.

Eve Gray, Manager of Data and Reporting, joined MediServ in 2007. Eve has a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree. Prior to joining MediServ, Eve spent eight years as a crime analyst and data manager within the criminal justice system. Her responsibilities included in depth data analysis and reporting of data and statistics.

Stockton Clemons, General Counsel served as outside legal counsel to Mediserv for five years prior to joining the company in 2010. During that time, Mr. Clemons worked as a business attorney with a Fort Worth law firm where he concentrated on healthcare, mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters. Mr. Clemons has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University.
